South of the Border Salad

Diced onions, Tomatoes, Jalapenos, on a bed of Green Leaf Lettuce, topped with warm Pork Carnitas, Sliced Avocado, and Tortilla strips. Served with Mexican Ranch Dressing.

Asian Chicken Salad

Grilled Chicken Breast, Carrot strips, Mandarin Oranges, Diced Tomatoes and Slivered Almonds on a bed of lettuce. Served with Honey-Lime Dressing.

Cobb Salad

Diced Ham, Turkey, Tomatoes, Cheddar and Hard Boiled Egg on a salad of Green Leaf Lettuce. Served with Thousand Island Dressing.

Fruit and Nuts Salad

Dried Cranberries and Cherries, Fresh Strawberries, and Candied Walnuts on a bed of lettuce. Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Far East Salad

Pork Pot stickers, Fried pickled Ginger, Carrot Sticks, and Chow Mein Noodles on a bed of lettuce mixed with Cabbage. Served with Oriental Garlic Dressing.

Dressing Options: Ranch, Fat-Free Ranch, Thousand Island, Bleu Cheese, Honey-Lime, Mexican Ranch, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Italian, and Oriental Garlic. All Dressings are served on the side and can be substituted on any of the above salads.
